Darling Light Lager 2.4% 330ml - 4 Pack

This lager is specially handcrafted for our NZ purpose and lovingly made in Darling, South Africa, to meet the low-alcohol requirements of NZ laws.

The alcohol is kept to a minimum, but the flavour is not. We took our time to get it perfect, so this has a typical lager taste profile but with less alcohol. A light hop with fresh floral, citrus, and pine notes, it has a dry finish without losing the malty flavour.

Inspired by the Sungazer:

The sungazer, also known as the Giant Girdled Lizard, is endemic to the Highveld grasslands of South Africa. It gets its name from its thermo-regulatory behaviour of elevating the frontal parts of its body by extending its forearms as if looking at the sun. It is listed as a threatened species due to habitat destruction and illegal catchment for the pet and traditional medicine trade.
