With a delicious blend of spices and just the right curing and drying time our original biltong is a winner. We even have a few ‘vegetarians’ and the odd ‘vegan’ breaking their usual diets to fit in a bit of this good stuff. Once you start, you wont stop! We cater for those who follow doctors orders – lots of white meat (fatty bits) as well as for those who prefer the leaner meat. Let us know what you prefer.
