Chakalaka is a traditional South African relish used with our meat, pap and for some, a dip with snacks. This is made using our original sliced biltong with an added dose of chakalaka spice, providing a delicious twist from chilli or original biltong. Some describe it as having a sweeter taste to it. Very popular with kids because its not a hot kind of spicy. Be sure to let us know if you are not a fan of the fatty bits. Bites always have some fat in them but we can choose the skinnier bits if that is what you prefer.
